I am Stuart Doughty, I am a professional Dog Agility Trainer and Handler from Redditch. I have been competing and training in agility for over 13yrs and so far the highlight of my career so far was competing at Crufts 2016 with my 9 yr old WSD Quin in the British Open, after beating over 480 dogs to get into the top 11 and compete on the famous "Green Carpet", making Quin and I one of the top British partnerships in 2016. It was an overwhelming experience to attend the event and compete against Britain's best and in front of 1000's of people.
Quin is now at an age where he will be tailing off now and just targeting "runs that matter",aiming for Olympia 2016 and Crufts 2017 with him, so who knows...

I am now beginning a new journey with my Border Collie "Skinnt" at 3 years old he is just at the start of his career and things are looking promising. This year we will be concentrating on building confidence and our partnership, hopefully qualifying for UKA Grand Finals Novice events and fingers crossed Olympia Novice final. Owning, training and competing with our four legged friends is hard work and takes patience, time and support from many people. VB Products have been brilliant so far, supplying us with all the things needed to keep me and my dogs kitted out with nice fleece dog coats to keep the boys warm before and after their runs helping to avoid any muscle or joint issues and dog blankets for their crates keeping them in full comfort in between runs and traveling too and from events.
