Ordering is simple - you can buy through our online store, or if you want something more complex or unusual please contact us. We will always do our best to accommodate your requirements.
If you are not sure what you want, you can look through our gallery, follow us on Instagram or browse our Facebook photos for inspiration. And of course, you can always contact us with any questions.
Payment
Payment should be made within 48 hours of receiving our invoice via one of the following methods:
Delivery
We use a combination of the Royal Mail and couriers. For smaller items they will be sent using the Royal Mail. Larger orders will be sent via the courier My Hermes. They sometimes take a little longer to deliver and may be delivering at a time you're not at home, if you'd rather something be posted via Royal Mail please say so and any invoice will be amended accordingly. Delivery is included in the items price for UK only.
Any orders bought on the online shop or ordered on Facebook/Instagram will not be guaranteed to arrive on time for Christmas if ordered after 15.12.20.
Lost and Damaged Items
Very seldom an item is lost or damaged by the Royal Mail or courier service. These are circumstances out of our control and we do please ask that clients are patient and understanding in these circumstances. Proof of postage can always be supplied. Unfortunately both the Royal Mail and Courier companies ask for a certain amount of time before they will class an item 'lost' from personal experience I know that items can turn up after some time and for that reason we ask anyone in this situation to be please be patient and wait for the allotted time (15 working days or more) before we issue a refund or exchange. By paying for items online or through an invoice you are agreeing to these terms.

***We now ask that all invoices are paid within 48 hours**
We aim to make up and send bandages as soon as possible but bespoke orders are all made by hand to your specification, and we may have to wait for more fabric, so please allow 28 days for delivery. For orders sent via courier which are sometimes slower than standard post we ask you to allow at least 5 working days from the sent date.
If we're catering for a special occasion please contact us with your requirements in plenty of time!!!

- For Stock items we except returns for refund or exchange within 28 days in original packaging and unsoiled. Return postage is not refunded.
